Since early 2016, we have played a pivotal role in promoting road safety—for both drivers and operations. **What We Seek:** A professional to monitor drivers’ driving behavior in real time, ensuring route safety through telematics, coordinating with internal and external departments, rapidly intervening in risk situations, and maintaining updated handling standards across the team. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** Monitoring and observing drivers’ driving behavior in real time, paying close attention to ensure safety throughout the entire route via telematics. Communicating with other internal and external departments involved in operations. Contacting field personnel via voice and text to intervene in cases involving risks or potential risks to driver safety. Keeping handling standards up to date in our internal trainings and ensuring consistent understanding across the entire team. **Prerequisites:** Reside in Piracicaba\-SP Completed high school or currently pursuing a college degree in Logistics and/or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Advanced Spanish language proficiency (mandatory).
