They conduct inspections, tests, and analyses to identify potential nonconformities and propose improvements. They act proactively to prevent problems and achieve operational excellence. * Experience in implementing and managing the QMS/ISO 9001 * Analyze inspection and test results to identify potential nonconformities and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in critical process review meetings, contributing relevant information for continuous quality improvement. * Prepare nonconformity reports, indicating root causes and implemented corrective actions. * Support internal and external audits by providing technical assistance and required documentation. * Conduct quality-related training for employees across various departments of the company. * Maintain up-to-date quality records, ensuring product traceability and compliance. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting and implementing actions to optimize processes and reduce waste. * Collaborate in developing and reviewing quality-related procedures and work instructions. * Proactively identify opportunities for process and organizational culture improvement. * Calibration Control and Management
