Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Train, guide, and prepare work schedules (for attendants and motorcycle couriers). Service Excellence: Supervise in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service, ensuring promptness and courtesy. Quality Control: Monitor product presentation, inventory levels, and compliance with health regulations. Operations and Cash Handling: Supervise the sales system, cash register opening/closing procedures, and provide operational support. Delivery Management: Manage delivery platforms (e.g., iFood) and digital order flow.
