**JOB DESCRIPTION** Receptionist **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Greet customers visiting the unit; Provide customer service according to the service standard of the BotoEsthetic franchise network. Receive and make contact via available channels (telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, among others); Present available procedure options, explain how they are performed, their benefits, positive results, before-and-after images, pricing and payment terms, among other information; Clarify any customer questions regarding specific procedures; Register new customers in the systems; Schedule and confirm appointments with customers in advance; Inform the technical team about customer arrivals; Carry out post-sale activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Reside near Patos. Completed high school education; Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare sector; Knowledge of Excel and Word. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in aesthetics or healthcare clinics.
