They provide administrative support by recording invoices, managing inventory, and assisting in the development of new suppliers; strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** * **Quotations:** Prepare budgets for raw materials, consumables, or services. * **Purchase Orders:** Issue purchase orders and ensure system processing. * **Follow-up:** Monitor delivery schedules to prevent delays. * **Registration:** Update product, material, and supplier records. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * **Tools:** Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. * **Experience:** Prior experience in administration or procurement is a plus. * **Profile:** Organized, with good communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications and Technical Knowledge** * ERP system knowledge. * Experience in technical procurement or indirect materials procurement. **Typical Benefits** * CLT employment contract. * Meal/food allowance. * Transportation allowance. * Medical assistance.
