Job Summary: A Quality Control professional ensures that products meet standards and specifications, minimizing defects and variability, by applying inspection techniques, testing, and data analysis to guarantee a safe and functional final product. Key Highlights: 1. Minimize defects and variability in production 2. Perform product inspection and dimensional measurement 3. Propose process improvements and loss reduction Ensure products comply with established standards and specifications, minimizing defects and variability during the production process. The primary focus of Quality Control is to continuously monitor and measure processes and outcomes, detect failures early, and take corrective actions to maintain compliance with requirements, applying inspection techniques, testing, and data analysis—aiming to prevent waste, reduce costs, and improve process efficiency, thereby ensuring the final product is safe, functional, and meets customer expectations. 1\. Execute tasks related to Quality Control to ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and instructions from Engineering and Supervision; 2\. Record product inspections during the manufacturing process; 3\. Perform dimensional measurements using instruments (tape measure / caliper) during the process; 4\. Inspect parts and/or products based on information/specifications from cards and drawings (process sketches); 5\. Identify non-conforming parts and/or products using cards (yellow/red), per the Inspection Procedure and Supervision guidance; 6\. Record deviations identified during inspection (specific spreadsheet) for Quality monitoring; 7\. Inspect and approve reworked parts and/or products; Read and interpret technical drawings (sections, views, projections). **8\. Comply with company policies within respective teams:** HR / Quality / Safety / Procurement / Finance / Environment, etc.; 9\. Provide suggestions for process improvements, resource savings, loss reduction, and rework reduction within your department and role; 10\. Prioritize delivering high-quality products and services to internal/external customers in your work; Participate actively and contribute to institutional/corporate programs aimed at improving workplace climate, environment, and collective working conditions (CIPA / 5S / SIPAT, etc.).
