**Responsibilities and Duties**
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our Operations team in Paulínia/SP. Key responsibilities include:
* Performing billing routines and issuing invoices;
* Scheduling vehicles for deliveries and supporting route planning;
* Providing customer service and support to drivers, ensuring prompt handling of daily operational demands;
* Managing and clearing delivery receipts (canhotos);
* Supporting inventory closing and temperature record entries;
* Organizing operational administrative files and records;
* Monitoring operational workflows to contribute to continuous process improvement and greater departmental organization.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, or billing;
* Experience in vehicle scheduling and delivery route planning;
* Preferred: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
