Job Summary: A professional responsible for fleet planning, shipment management, tax control, and warehouse operations support, ensuring logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet planning and sizing according to demand 2. Management of shipping requests and logistics tracking 3. Inventory analysis and allocation of raw materials ***Requirements:*** Completed undergraduate degree. Prior experience in the field is mandatory. Proficiency in Excel. Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office package skills. SAP knowledge is a plus. Must reside with easy access to Paulínia. Flexible availability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and size the fleet according to demand, ensuring appropriate vehicle allocation and on-time delivery. * Manage shipping requests for Factory/Toller and monitor the product pickup and delivery process. * Issue and control transfer, warehousing, and shipping invoices, ensuring fiscal and logistical compliance. * Create Purchase Orders (PO) and Freight Orders in the Manhattan system, ensuring accurate billing for services and manufacturing. * Analyze inventories, allocate raw materials and packaging, and resolve operational discrepancies. * Support warehouse routines and participate in planning and process alignment meetings.
