Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, verifying, and storing materials, managing inventory, and supporting the storekeeper in logistics and safety routines. Key Highlights: 1. Material receipt and verification 2. Inventory control and management in ERP system 3. Compliance with safety regulations (NR11, PPEs) § Receive materials in yard or warehouse, performing physical verification against invoices, purchase orders, and packing lists; § Identify and record discrepancies (quantity, damage, specifications) in the receipt checklist; § Monitor container opening and unloading, conducting visual inspections to verify container conditions, integrity, seal status, and transport conditions; § Direct materials according to internal storage and safety standards; § Register pre\-invoices in ERP system and forward them to the tax department for classification; § Perform ERP system routines including queries, material entries, and stock write-offs; § Carry out material picking, verification, and stock write-offs in ERP system; § Conduct inventory counts and internal stock controls. § Monitor expiration dates of products with limited shelf life § Comply with safety regulations and material handling procedures (NR11, use of PPEs). § Assist the Storekeeper in routines and activities relevant to the area, in accordance with current procedures; § Separate direct-purchase materials and notify requesters upon arrival of requested materials for pickup; Serve internal customers through material, uniform, and PPE requisitions via integrated systems, in compliance with current processes **EDUCATION:** Completed high school; technical course in Logistics or related fields is desirable.
