Coordinates, plans, and executes manual and automated tests, manages defects, and analyzes requirements. Additionally, leads and guides the testing team, implements process improvements, and ensures adherence to quality best practices. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and document high-complexity tests. * Identify, log, and manage defects. * Analyze system requirements and risks. * Guide and mentor the testing team (junior and mid-level). * Generate detailed test reports. * Propose improvements to development/testing processes. **Requirements** Hard Skills: * **Testing Fundamentals** (Strategies, Techniques, and Types of Testing): Experience required, including mentoring other team members and applying knowledge to high-complexity testing. * **Test and Bug Management**: Experience with test and bug management tools for test creation and management, as well as generating metrics and test reports. * **Test Automation**: Experience with test frameworks to create and maintain automated test scripts. * **Programming Language**: Python * **Frameworks**: Pytest, Playwright, Robot Framework \+ Appium * **Performance Testing**: Experience with performance tools and report analysis to identify bottlenecks. * **API Testing**: Experience with manual and automated API queries and validation. * **Database**: Experience writing complex SQL queries. * **DevOps**: Experience collaborating with teams and processes to integrate and configure automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. * **Agile Methodologies**: Experience with Scrum/Kanban.
