The role requires technical precision and strict adherence to hygiene standards for the production of surgical-grade materials. **Main Responsibilities** * Work in a cleanroom, strictly following hygiene and quality control protocols; * Operate machines dedicated to the production of surgical-grade blisters; * Support cleaning and organization of the production area to ensure quality standards and absence of contaminants; * Feed machinery and comply with internal Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements** * Commitment, focus, and extreme attention to detail; * Availability to work in a cleanroom environment, complying with strict hygiene standards (keep nails clean and unpolished, no makeup during working hours); * Adhere to safety regulations: mobile phones, watches, or jewelry (rings, wedding bands, bracelets) are prohibited in the production area; * **Must have personal transportation and/or reside near the Horto Florestal area in Limeira-SP;** * Availability to complete a practical test at the company (duration: 2–3 days). **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.400,00; * **Transportation Allowance:** R$ 250,00 (paid in cash with salary); * **Basic Food Basket:** R$ 270,00 (paid in cash with salary); * **Employment Type:** CLT. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; * Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
