**Electrical Maintenance Leader (Position exclusively for residents of Paulínia/SP and Cosmópolis)** Technical education in the electrical field. Engineering degree is a plus. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote preventive actions within the team; Monitor the execution of electrical work, providing technical support to the team; Analyze scheduling and distribute planned tasks to the team; Schedule vacations, days off, and overtime; Request components and consumable materials; Verify maintenance activities; Adhere to the preventive maintenance schedule; Supervise operational procedures; Review daily activity documentation and perform its closure; Check the service life of electro-electronic components; Maintain the workplace organized, clean, and safe; Guide assistants in performing electrical services; Perform other related duties and activities. Comply with programs (5S, training plan, suggestions, and safety); Use PPE and uniforms correctly; Comply with FM2C’s IMS (Integrated Management System) Policy.
