Fire Prevention** * Conducting preventive patrols in high-risk areas; * Monitoring safe working conditions and identifying potential fire hazards; * Enforcing compliance with safety regulations and proper use of equipment; * Performing periodic inspections of fire prevention and firefighting systems; * Verifying and ensuring the functionality of emergency exit routes, emergency signage, and emergency lighting; Monitoring critical activities such as: Work at height, Confined spaces, Welding, Electrical maintenance, among others; Suggesting improvements and maintaining fire safety standards. 2\. Emergency Response * Responding to emergency situations, including incipient fires, leaks, accidents, or evacuation needs; * Extinguishing incipient fires; * Administering first aid until specialized medical assistance arrives; * Providing pre\-hospital emergency care, including use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED); * Evacuating areas under imminent risk; * Supporting rescue and firefighting teams in more serious incidents; * Supporting implementation of the company’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP). **3\. Inspection and Maintenance of Safety Equipment** * Periodic inspection of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, emergency signage, and other firefighting systems; * Regular testing and monitoring of emergency equipment; * Communicating and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance of safety systems; * Managing and tracking checklists, inspections, and operational records; * Recording and tracking validity and functionality of emergency devices; * Monitoring and validating completed maintenance activities. **4\. Operation of Emergency Vehicles** * Operating company emergency vehicles—such as ambulances, fire/rescue units—when required. **5\. Training and Drills** * Planning and delivering training for fire brigades and first aid; * Supporting and conducting evacuation drills and emergency response simulations. Report Writing and Safety Administration** * Issuing detailed reports on inspections, incidents, non\-conformities, and corrective actions; * Generating technical reports for risk analysis and improvement of safety procedures; * Supporting documentation required by regulatory standards and internal audits; * Participating in safety meetings and integrated actions with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) departments.
