




**Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1\. Guide and instruct users, acting as a facilitator in the purchase of parking tickets and resolution of user irregularities, issuing ticket sales via debit, credit card or cash, or selling smart cards. 2\. Monitor, guide and control the use of spaces in the rotating parking zone (blue zone), checking whether vehicles are parked regularly or irregularly — without a parking ticket, with an expired ticket, or with a ticket not clearly visible — by filling out the Parking Fee Charge Notice (ACT) and leaving it on the vehicle to communicate parking infractions. 3\. Assist the public, from helping locate addresses to reporting accidents and daily incidents to the appropriate public agencies. 4\. Attend to users, providing guidance and information regarding the regularization of notices and about the system in general, including the use of the Zul app and parking meters. 5\. Report via PDA to the Customer Service Center any vehicles found in non-compliant situations, when necessary. 6\.
