




**Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1\. Guide and instruct users, acting as a facilitator in purchasing parking tickets and resolving user violations within the system, including selling tickets via debit card, credit card, or cash, as well as selling smart cards. 2\. Monitor, guide, and regulate the use of spaces in the blue-zone (time-limited) parking system, verifying whether vehicles are parked lawfully or unlawfully—e.g., without a valid parking ticket, with an expired ticket, or with a ticket not visibly displayed—and issuing ACT fee violation notices by placing them on vehicles to report parking infractions. 3\. Assist the public—from locating addresses to reporting accidents and daily incidents to the relevant public authorities. 4\. Serve users by providing guidance and information regarding resolution of violation notices and about the system in general, including use of the Zul app and parking meters. 5\. Report vehicles in violation status to the Customer Service Center via PDAs, as needed. 6\.
