Job Summary: Perform cleaning, tidying, and organizing of apartments and common areas, following quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cleaning and organizing apartments and social areas. 2. Uses appropriate cleaning products and PPE in accordance with safety regulations. 3. Attention to detail, discretion, agility, and dexterity are required. **PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform cleaning, tidying, and organizing of apartments and other areas in accordance with the brand's quality benchmarks and operational characteristics. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Tidy and clean apartments, using cleaning products and PPE (when required) appropriately, in compliance with safety regulations and POP guidelines \- Standard Operating Procedures. · Clean and maintain common and service areas under their responsibility in perfect condition, according to the schedule established by management. · Organize trolleys with all necessary materials required to perform the job. · Forward lost or forgotten guest items to Housekeeping or Management; such items will be logged in the system per established procedures. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION** Attention to Detail, Discretion, Agility, Dexterity. **EDUCATION** Minimum: Elementary School Minimum: Basic knowledge of room tidying and general area cleaning Desirable: High School diploma Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.850,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Housekeeping experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
