Access Controller / Security Guard

MADS Group is looking for a dedicated and responsible professional for the position of Access Controller / Security Guard. This is a key role to ensure the security and operational efficiency of our facilities. The Access Controller will be responsible for managing and supervising access to restricted areas, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the use of access control systems, including turnstiles, facial recognition systems, and other security devices. It will be necessary to ensure that all security procedures are strictly followed and that access policies are consistently applied. In addition, you will conduct regular security checks, document security incidents, and collaborate with other security teams to continuously improve access control processes. The position requires attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a thorough understanding of security protocols. Knowledge of electronic security systems and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
