Job Summary: The security professional proactively ensures the safety of people, facilities, and materials, maintaining order and preventing harmful actions with a firm yet courteous demeanor. Maintenance of order and reporting to superiors Monitor the area to ensure site security, remaining vigilant regarding movement of people and vehicles. Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward customers and their staff. Provide all types of information and assistance requested by the immediate supervisor. Perform visible security duties to protect people, facilities, and materials, deterring and preventing actions harmful to the client’s interests—whether criminal or otherwise—while complying with applicable legal requirements. Follow all directives and procedures established for the assigned post. Prepare daily shift/post reports as stipulated by the company. Be responsible for safeguarding assigned materials (e.g., firearms, documentation, and post equipment). Complete necessary documents required for job performance (e.g., guard logbook and time card). In case of an incident, act proactively according to established procedures, prioritizing personal safety and protecting the property under responsibility. Other duties inherent to the position. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION: Completed or ongoing high school education. Valid and up-to-date Security Guard Training Course certification. Driver’s license category B with at least two years of practical driving experience. Computer literacy. Flexibility in work schedule. Must reside in Congonhas, Conselheiro Lafaiete, or Ouro Preto.
