Serving industries, corporations, schools, and other clients. ✅ Employment Type: PJ – Full-time Requirements: **Opportunity Description** We seek a high-performing professional with a strategic mindset and strong results orientation to assume responsibility for operational coordination of Security and Facilities contracts. The role entails leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring SLA compliance, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing excellence in service delivery to corporate clients. **Key Responsibilities** ✅ Coordinate security surveillance, reception, cleaning, and building maintenance operations; ✅ Ensure adherence to quality standards, productivity targets, and compliance requirements; ✅ Manage work schedules, routines, performance indicators, and operational reports; ✅ Serve as the liaison between clients, senior management, and operational teams; ✅ Implement action plans and continuous improvement strategies; ✅ Develop Operational Procedures tailored to client needs; ✅ Prepare activity schedules for field teams—including cleaning staff, inspectors, and team leaders; ✅ Train all personnel assigned to client sites using customized training programs aligned with client-specific processes; ✅ Support recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives; ✅ Supervise the use of resources, fleet vehicles, and materials under team responsibility; ✅ Foster a healthy organizational climate and alignment with corporate culture. ✅ Technical and Behavioral Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Private Security Management, or related fields; Proven experience coordinating operations with teams exceeding 200 employees; Knowledge of reception services, cleaning, and physical security; Proficiency in operational control tools and performance metrics (Excel, Power BI, ERPs); Inspiring leadership profile, assertive communication skills, and systemic vision; Willingness to undertake regional travel and on-site assignments. **Competitive Advantages** Postgraduate degree in Private Security Management or Facilities Management; Additional certifications (NRs, PGR, Contract Management, ISO 9001); Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety regulations; Experience serving large-scale corporate clients (e.g., industrial plants, business condominiums, hospitals, etc.).
