Your main responsibilities include controlling entry and exit, receiving mail, routing visitors, keeping the front desk area organized, and monitoring security systems. * **Access Control:** Supervise and control the entry and exit of people and vehicles. * **Reception:** Receive visitors, residents, and service providers, identifying and routing them to their destinations. * **Maintenance:** Keep the front desk clean, organized, and well-lit. * **Communication:** Report suspicious situations or emergencies to the building manager or administrator. * **Monitoring:** Operate security equipment such as cameras and alarms, ensuring systems remain functional. * **Logistics:** Receive mail, packages, and deliveries, forwarding them to the appropriate protocol. Preference for candidates with prior experience in condominiums. Preference for candidates holding a valid ATA certification or up-to-date refresher course. High school diploma required.
