Teamwork and attention to detail Junior Cutting and Bending Operator Position Description: We are expanding our team and seeking a professional responsible for operating cutting and bending machines for thin stainless steel sheets according to production orders, ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality, and finish of manufactured products. Responsibilities: * Operate cutting and bending machines according to technical specifications (Dellen 66\ software) * Perform complete machine setup, applying fine adjustments to maximize raw material utilization * Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy of produced parts * Use measuring instruments to analyze dimensions and angles, identifying and correcting possible anomalies * Proactively and collaboratively engage with all departments to achieve established goals * Propose improvements whenever possible * Comply with company safety regulations and procedures * Participate in internal training sessions Requirements: * Completed high school education * Prior experience operating cutting and bending machines (experience with Delem 66 software is an advantage) * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings * Ability to work effectively in a team * Attention to detail and focus on quality * Availability to work rotating shifts
