Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the operations of the participant acquisition team, ensuring that scheduling, conversion, and performance tracking processes are aligned, efficient, and results-oriented. * Monitoring the volume of scheduled appointments and completed studies, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to deadlines. * Developing creative strategies and targeted campaigns for participant acquisition, with a focus on performance and conversion. * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements. * Reviewing the current study schedule and active campaigns, negotiating with relevant stakeholders as needed to optimize outcomes. * Implementing innovative solutions and automation workflows (e.g., chatbots, WhatsApp, and system integrations) to streamline departmental processes. * Reviewing and refining operational workflows to enhance efficiency, agility, and quality. * Collaborating with the marketing team in designing and requesting digital campaigns and social media initiatives to attract new participants. * Fostering a collaborative environment focused on team development, effective communication, and a positive organizational climate. 2511270202401727098
