Responsibilities and duties * Conduct proactive and reactive consultative support via social media, following strategic scripts and connection-focused language. * Build relationships with leads through personalized messages, audio notes, and customized videos. * Quickly assess lead profiles and interests, directing them toward closing or further qualification. * Perform daily micro follow-ups, keeping leads warm and progressing through the sales funnel. * Record all interactions in the CRM, ensuring pipeline organization and negotiation history tracking. * Collaborate with the Marketing and Pre-sales (SDR) teams to improve conversion rates. * Monitor daily performance metrics such as response time, engagement rate, and conversion per contact. * Participate in on-site performance rituals (roleplays, quick alignments, and real-time feedback). Requirements and qualifications * Prior experience in sales via social media (a differentiator), Social Selling, or Inside Sales. * Persuasive communication skills and ability to engage leads through messages, audio, video, and other formats. * Ability to quickly build rapport and guide leads using strategic language. * Organized and disciplined approach to managing a high volume of simultaneous conversations. * Ambitious profile, goal-driven and focused on financial results. * Proficient in using CRM systems and digital customer service tools. 2510200202521822510
