In-person retail sales experience is mandatory. SAGACIOUS SALESPERSON Tricz Skatepark \& Skateshop Core Function: Serve, approach, and sell. Transform movement into results. Responsibilities: ✔ In-person service at store and skatepark ✔ Proactive customer outreach ✔ Selling products and kits ✔ Converting skatepark traffic into lessons and monthly subscriptions ✔ Receptive service (answering general inquiries) ✔ Simple daily Stories and status updates (commercial content) Profile / Requirements: ✔ Communicative ✔ Agile ✔ Enjoys selling ✔ Comfortable initiating conversations ✔ Quickly learns product knowledge ✔ Handles sales targets \>\>\> Sales experience is essential \<\<\< This position does NOT involve: ✖ Skateboarding or roller skating skills ✖ Creating video parts ✖ Roller skating or skateboarding skills Schedule: Afternoon / Evening \- Monday to Saturday Compensation: Fixed salary \+ Commission Transportation allowance (VT) Bonuses Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Payment: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Can you sell via WhatsApp? * Can you sell via Instagram? * When the store is empty, how do you seek customers to meet your target?
