JOB DESCRIPTION – PRIME ATTENDANT The largest healthy weight-loss network in Latin America is seeking professionals to join its unit in Limeira/SP. Magrass provides life and health transformation through nutritional counseling and complementary aesthetic procedures delivering tangible results. ABOUT THE POSITION * Schedule client appointments and manage the calendar * Confirm scheduled procedures * Organize documents according to client visits * Bill clients and explain contracts * Support the sale of products, services, and treatments * Provide in-person and telephone customer service * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures * Register new clients and maintain up-to-date client records * Process credit card payments via our partner financing institution * Resolve customer issues and discrepancies EXPECTED COMPETENCIES \- You are highly motivated and enjoy being constantly challenged to learn and achieve more; \- You possess adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate difficult situations; \- You focus on solutions rather than problems; \- You consistently strive to raise standards and exceed expectations; \- You are results-oriented, always aiming to deliver more than requested.
