Support in monitoring expiration dates and storage of supplies **Requirements:** * Elementary or High School education * Prior experience in this role or in kitchen-related activities; * Basic knowledge of hygiene, food handling, and preservation; * Organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions; * Flexible availability for working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation, sanitation, cutting, and pre-preparation; * Support the chef or head cook during food preparation and plating; * Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic and food-safe workplace; * Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces after use; * Assist in monitoring expiration dates and ensuring proper storage of supplies; * Support receiving and inspection of goods when required; * Comply with internal policies and good practices for food handling.
