Maintains inventory control and organization of the area WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT in Limeira, SP We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in receiving materials delivered by suppliers, verifying invoices against purchase orders issued by the procurement department, checking quantities, quality, and specifications, monitoring minimum stock levels, preventing excess demand, etc. Organizes material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, as well as to facilitate location and handling. Maintains inventory records through appropriate documentation, logging all incoming and outgoing items to support timely restocking and inventory reporting. Fulfills internal requests and provides required materials and parts to employees promptly, in accordance with Material Requisition documents. Maintains order and cleanliness of the storage area, ensuring proper distribution, movement, and preservation of stored products, workplace safety, etc., and requests cleaning or maintenance services when necessary. Periodically participates in physical inventory counts for the area, comparing actual stock levels with control reports to identify and correct discrepancies and accounting errors. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, metalworking, and chemical products Ability to work efficiently and productively. Completed high school education Knowledge of construction materials (sheets, reinforcement bars, electrical, hydraulic, etc.) Protheus system experience is a plus.
