Responsibilities of This Opportunity Responsible for leading and executing complex tests to ensure delivery quality and system functionality. Coordinates, plans, and executes manual and automated tests, manages defects, and analyzes requirements. Additionally, leads and guides the testing team, implements process improvements, and ensures adherence to quality best practices. Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and document high-complexity tests. * Identify, log, and manage defects. * Analyze system requirements and risks. * Guide and mentor the testing team (junior and mid-level). * Generate detailed test reports. * Propose improvements to the development/testing process. Requirements Hard Skills: * Testing Fundamentals (Strategies, Techniques, and Types of Testing): Experience and ability to mentor other team members by applying these in high-complexity testing. * Test and Bug Management: Experience with test and bug management tools for test creation and management, as well as metric and test report generation. * Test Automation: Experience with test frameworks to create and maintain automated test scripts. * Programming Language: Python * Frameworks: Pytest, Playwright, Robot Framework \+ Appium * Performance Testing: Experience with performance tools and report analysis to identify bottlenecks. * API Testing: Experience with manual and automated API queries and validation. * Database: Experience writing complex SQL queries. * DevOps: Experience collaborating with teams and processes to integrate and configure automated tests within CI/CD pipelines. * Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum/Kanban.
