Coordinate manufacturing processes, management indicators, and other assigned tasks—including the “start-up” of new production lines; monitoring the launch of new products; supporting Continuous Improvement teams; conducting specific studies related to optimal production line performance—both qualitatively and quantitatively; training employees while maintaining close communication with Manufacturing Management. **Day-to-day responsibilities...** * Implement performance, efficiency, and zero-loss projects using methodologies aligned with specific improvements; * Coordinate manufacturing processes to meet line production schedules; * Facilitate implementation of NCE initiatives on the production line (coordinating and executing activities outlined in the Master Plan and OTIF Action Plan); * Conduct studies aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing competitiveness; * Coordinate line trials, equipment implementation, and scheduled as well as unscheduled shutdowns; * Contribute to production planning, inventory control, raw material management, and supplier relationship management. **What will contribute to your success?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * Advanced English proficiency preferred. * Prior experience in production processes is mandatory.
