Job Summary: The Junior Engineering Analyst will support the Assembly Department and assist in the development of new projects, aiming to improve quality and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in the development and installation of new devices/equipment **Stanley Electric do Brasil** **Who We Are** Operating in the automotive equipment, components, and electronic applications sectors, Stanley Electric continuously contributes to building a more efficient daily life and a secure future through innovation in lighting technology. **Position:** Junior Engineering Analyst **Responsibilities:** Provide support to the Assembly Department by performing mechanical and electronic adjustments, as well as parameter adjustments on assembly machines, thermal/vibration welding equipment, adhesive/glue application systems, and any other tasks requiring Engineering Department support. Develop process documentation such as work instructions, device checklists, schedules, and any other documents involving the Engineering Department. Assist in preparing documents including defect/failure action plans, capability studies, root cause analyses, and production problem resolutions. Manage the department’s management system through related documents and forms. Demonstrate analytical capability to resolve problems, with the objective of improving product quality, reducing line downtime, and enhancing assembly line performance. Assist in the development, construction, and installation of devices/equipment for new projects and production lines. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Availability to work on the 2nd or 3rd shift (Monday to Friday). Intermediate-level English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in electrical installation/maintenance. Knowledge of PLC programming — LADDER language.
