Opportunity Responsibilities Mission: Lead the technical team and orchestrate technology projects, ensuring software deliveries align with the business's strategic objectives. Act as the bridge between the development team and business areas, removing impediments and ensuring a high-performance and quality environment. Responsibilities: * Manage the team’s workflow (prioritization, task distribution, deadlines), ensuring consistent and predictable deliveries. * Conduct people management, including 1:1 meetings (one\-on\-one), feedback sessions, and supporting career development of team members (IDPs). * Act as a technical facilitator, helping the team make architectural decisions and resolving conflicts or impediments during development. * Ensure deliverable quality by supervising Code Review, CI/CD, and testing processes. * Interact with stakeholders and other company departments to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. * Monitor team and system performance metrics, proposing continuous process improvements. Requirements Hard Skills * Proven prior experience as a developer (technical background is essential for effective communication with the team). * Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Knowledge of Software Architecture (Microservices, Monolith, Design Patterns). * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar). * Familiarity with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
