




Job Summary: A professional to assist in purchasing activities, ensuring process efficiency and timely material supply. Key Highlights: 1. The professional will assist the procurement department in ensuring process efficiency and adequate supply of materials and products required by the company. **Responsibilities:** Supplier research and selection. Price and contract negotiation. Purchase order placement. Inventory control (in coordination with the responsible department). Delivery tracking. Cost and quality analysis. Supplier relationship management. Record and system updates **Mandatory Requirements:** Minimum 6 months of experience in this role Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable). Experience in supplier negotiations is a plus. Prior purchasing experience, preferably for maintenance parts. Basic knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
