Responsibilities: * Manage bakery operations, including production, customer service, and inventory; * Lead and train the team, promoting a productive and motivating work environment; * Ensure product quality and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Control costs, procurement, and raw material inventory; * Prepare staff schedules and supervise team performance; * Provide customer service as needed, ensuring consumer satisfaction.
