Support decision-making and contribute to growth We seek a professional with strategic vision and strong analytical capability to work in the company's financial planning, supporting decision-making and contributing to sustainable business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the annual budget, forecasts, and short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections; * Monitor financial indicators (KPIs), analyze variances, and propose corrective actions; * Develop financial models and scenario simulations for risk and opportunity assessment; * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership; * Evaluate the economic viability of investments and projects through NPV, IRR, and Payback analyses; * Monitor cash flow, financing needs, and liquidity indicators; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and expense optimization; * Support the definition of financial targets and corporate strategic planning; * Participate in management meetings, providing analyses and insights to support decision-making; * Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, Financial Planning, or related fields; * Solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, **financial modeling**, and investment analysis; * Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, dashboards, pivot tables, and complex formulas; * Knowledge of financial indicators, cash flow, performance analysis, and economic feasibility; * Analytical profile, strategic vision, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively across hierarchical levels. * Prior experience in manufacturing industry. **Job Information:** Work Location: Paulínia/SP Work Model: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM If you aim to act strategically and drive business results impact, we want to meet your profile!
