Preparation and organization of document packages The construction company seeks a Fundraising Analyst in Rio Claro (Jardim Europa). Caprem is a company specialized in management and technology solutions for the pension sector. We offer services aimed at optimizing processes and ensuring the security of our clients' information. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with the manager to build and maintain the master calendar for obligations, audits, deliverables, and fund releases. Monitor and perform follow-up with third parties (banks, institutions) and align deadlines with construction projects. Extract and query data from systems such as TOTVS, Fluig, and PowerBI, consolidating it into Excel spreadsheets. Prepare complete document packages (checklists, version control, evidence) for submission to banks and investors. Organize the department’s document repository in folders and systems such as SharePoint. Produce weekly status reports per construction project/development, highlighting risks, upcoming milestones, and pending items. Strictly comply with the company’s data protection policy.
