Job Summary: An engineering professional to plan, control, and monitor construction schedules, identify risks, and propose corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Working on construction projects with availability for domestic travel 2. Developing and controlling construction schedules in MS Project 3. Monitoring execution and providing managerial reporting **FIELD WORK REQUIREMENT \- AVAILABILITY FOR TRAVEL ACROSS THE ENTIRE NATIONAL TERRITORY IS MANDATORY** Develop, update, and control construction schedules in MS Project, ensuring adherence to contractual deadlines and targets; Monitor field activity execution, identifying deviations in schedule, productivity, and construction sequence; Propose, track, and report corrective actions to site teams and management; Prepare construction progress reports, including physical progress, S-curves, performance indicators, contractual milestones, and completion forecasts; Consolidate field data for managerial reporting to support decision-making; Support planning and control of logistics for materials, equipment, and services; Collaborate integrally with engineering, production, procurement, and contract management teams; Identify schedule-related risks and support defining mitigation strategies to prevent delays. **Qualifications** · Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or nearing completion); · Experience in construction planning or related activities; · Practical knowledge of MS Project and Advanced Excel; · Power BI experience is desirable; **Advantages** · Field experience on industrial construction sites; · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; · Experience in material planning and/or maintenance shutdowns; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance
