**Job Mission:** Plan, schedule, and control production, ensuring on-time delivery, efficient use of productive resources, and process quality. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and control production according to demand, productive capacity, and established deadlines. * Perform **programming of laser cutting and bending machines**, ensuring optimal material utilization and productivity. * Issue, monitor, and adjust production orders. * Monitor the production process, tracking deadlines, quality, and performance. * Conduct time-motion analysis and support continuous improvement of production processes. * Control and manage inventory of raw materials, supplies, and work-in-process products. * Define material purchasing requirements in coordination with the procurement department. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality departments. * Schedule and monitor material deliveries and pickups, where applicable. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **PCP Analyst**. * Experience in **laser and bending machine programming**. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of production control, material planning, and inventory management. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. **Desirable:** * Experience in the metallurgical sector. * Familiarity with laser and bending machine programming software. * Technical or higher education degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related fields.
