




**Join us as a Forklift Operator & Checker – 2nd Shift** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role is responsible for processing invoices, checking incoming cargo, handling invoice exchanges (triangulation), actively participating in the loss-and-gain agenda, conducting inventories, and ensuring stock accuracy. Participate in, comply with, and safeguard Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality activities at the Aguaí Factory that are relevant to this role and its responsibilities, in accordance with Unilever’s legal requirements. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * + Conduct inventories (adjustments, counts, and consolidations); + Participate in and monitor the loss-and-gain agenda; + Improve processes and activities by eliminating losses and waste through UMS methodology kaizens; + Enter invoices and perform invoice triangulation for third-party warehouses; + Enter invoices for the Tank Farm, with stock control; + Manage staging (control priorities and reduce staging time); + CHEP pallets (documentation / returns / inventory control); + Load checklists (vehicle condition, compliance); + Safety: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and keys for parked vehicles; + Stock balancing (stock control); + Monitor warehouse occupancy and suggest improvements for stock management; + Oversee operational activities; + Verify buffer area and production stock levels; + Assess material needs on production lines and in production processes; + Check transfers conducted by the warehouse and production; + Support manufacturing requirements; + Maintain a clean and organized workplace throughout your shift and correctly practice selective waste collection; + Count and deliver surplus packaging materials in order upon completion of the product program, properly identifying them and following area instructions; + Identify and record improvement opportunities in your work environment; + Keep physical and accounting stock records up to date; + Maintain full control over production losses and gains; + Know and comply with General Loss Control Rules; + Ensure quality and safety during transportation and positioning of raw materials; + Attend annual forklift and pallet jack operation training; + Operate forklifts; + Work within core systems, operating packaging equipment according to guidance/training to minimize accident risks and achieve predetermined production volumes with specified quality; + Separate non-conforming materials, identifying them appropriately in designated areas per area instructions; + Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SHE & Q Management Systems (Framework Standard) at the Aguaí Factory, as well as all corporate policies, translating them into procedures and behaviors to be followed by all employees; + Know and apply General SHE Rules while performing duties; + Understand your area’s SHE objectives and targets, and attend Safety, Quality, and Environmental training; + Participate seriously and committedly in emergency drills; + If appointed as a Fire Brigade member, actively participate in training, emergency drills, and real emergencies when required; + Participate in investigations of accidents/incidents you are involved in or witness; + Report any risk situations encountered in your work area or elsewhere using SHE labels; + Perform pre-use checklists for forklifts; + Record receipt of packaging and consumable materials for control and traceability purposes; + Collect samples and conduct analyses for quality control; + Observe and enforce GMP and HACCP procedures; + Stop equipment upon detecting any abnormality, performing necessary mechanical adjustments or calling technicians for major repairs; + Carry out inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment per Autonomous Maintenance (AM) plans; + Report equipment- and process-related abnormalities occurring during your shift; + Report non-conforming received materials; + Ensure product traceability via invoice entry and batch numbers; + Know and apply the SHE and Quality Policies in performing your duties; + Collaborate in actions to achieve your area’s objectives and targets; + Monitor and scan LPN-labeled pallets (SAP); + Manage loading windows jointly with the planning/supply team, ensuring adherence to Papaléguas system scheduling to cover stock shortages and meet customer demands; + Execute fiscal billing and finished goods dispatch processes; + Perform stock movements in the system (SAP) in alignment with physical movements; + Ensure warehouse organization and stock accuracy; participate in official inventories; + Perform equipment safety checklists (AM); + Load Home Care finished goods; + Supply Tesla (clinical) production lines; **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in Logistics or Administration is considered an advantage; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with administrative routines and SAP; * Technical course: Forklift operator/driver certification – NR11. **IV – REQUIRED TRAININGS:** * Corporate onboarding; * Specific training for electric pallet jack operation (NR11); * All trainings listed in the UniU agenda. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
