**I – RESPONSIBILITIES:** Unload vehicles carrying palletized materials into the warehouse using forklifts, electric or hydraulic pallet jacks, and store them in designated locations. Transfer stored materials to production lines using available material handling equipment. II \- DESCRIPTION OF KEY ACTIVITIES: • Unload and load (when required) vehicles carrying palletized materials using forklifts, electric or hydraulic pallet jacks; • Inspect vehicle condition, cargo, and internal trailer conditions. Receive, verify, store, and deliver packaging materials and raw materials via material receipt checklist. • Identify materials using LPN labels, verify them, and store them in racks. • Responsible for material movement and quality control of materials stored on-site. • Supply production lines, small ingredients area, and processes as requested by respective departments. • Record stock movements in the system (SAP) in accordance with physical movements. • Responsible for operating and performing autonomous maintenance of LGVs/AGVs and other material handling equipment in the area. • Ensure warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. Participate in official inventories; • Perform equipment safety checklists. • Maintain organization of materials and workplace. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance for manufacturing and warehousing per Unilever standards. • Develop operational and SHE procedures for the site. • Contribute to the site’s continuous improvement process through Kaizens and participation in UMS pillars. • Execute system adjustments (e.g., resets/missions) for AGVs when necessary.
