We are looking for a Product Developer to join our Research & Development team. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and designing surgical implants and instruments in compliance with applicable regulations and resolutions governing medical device development. If you identify with this role and wish to join a motivated and continuously evolving team, apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strategically plan the development of surgical implants and instruments; * Design implants and instruments in a structured and controlled manner—from initial planning through post-market phases; * Prepare technical drawings for surgical implants and instruments according to projects and products to be developed or modified; * Conduct controlled preparation, printing, and distribution of documents relevant to the Research & Development department; * Stay updated on applicable technical standards for ongoing projects, as well as other product-related information, conducting research on similar products and bibliographic sources during project execution; * Participate in meetings to prepare project-related documents; * Support product registration activities by providing technical information; * Be responsible for generating minutes of meetings related to assigned projects, maintaining records of decisions and changes made; * Perform technical analysis and propose and monitor actions related to customer complaints; * Develop and design special implants for specific cases; * Provide technical support to the Sales department to address customer inquiries, potentially in person; * Observe surgeries to gather feedback for project improvement; * Stay informed about the use and performance of materials related to implants and instruments; * Maintain contact with physicians to obtain information for product development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of RDC 665:2022 and ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62366-1; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and 3D CAD design software (Inventor or SolidWorks). **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in a related field; * Knowledge of materials; * Basic knowledge of FEA (Finite Element Analysis); * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: * Health insurance plan with co-payment for consultations and exams—extended to legal dependents (spouse and children up to age 18) * Meal allowance * On-site cafeteria at VÍNCULA * Life insurance * PPR agreement (Profit-Sharing Program) * Workplace gymnastics * SESI (Social Service for Industry) club agreement * Dental plan * Pharmacy card * Birthday day off * Partnerships with educational institutions * “Mais Cuidado” Plan (Physical and Holistic Health) Join Víncula, a Brazilian multinational company and market leader in medical devices!
