If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and monitor component production for critical items to ensure on-time delivery; * Conduct 5S rounds in your area of responsibility; * Verify process compliance; * Audit QSB board; * Monitor component production for critical items to ensure on-time delivery; * Attend performance indicator and delivery meetings ("Good Morning" meeting); * Release products and services; * Work in accordance with technical, quality, and safety standards and procedures, demonstrating mastery of specific technical knowledge in the area; * Analyze and seek solutions for production-related issues; monitor and evaluate personnel to whom tasks are delegated; * Implement improvements in unproductive lines; * Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain a positive work environment and communication with your team; * Deliver presentations and attend meetings as requested by leadership; * Read and monitor emails and work tools; * Analyze factory availability and identify actions to improve results during upcoming shifts; * Hold leadership accountable for releasing non-conforming items for rework in the non-conforming area; * Monitor whether labor resources are appropriately distributed across departments (cost centers); * Conduct interviews (as required for hiring); * Operate forklifts to move materials when necessary; * Manage in accordance with the "Internal Regulations"; * Monitor team absenteeism; * Be responsible for area performance indicators and forward them to Quality after closure; analyze and submit corrective actions for supply and productivity indicators to Quality; * Hold daily meetings with leaders regarding performance indicators; * Submit corrective actions and deadlines when the internal PPM scrap indicator exceeds the target (3500\); * Conduct a pre-meeting before the official PMP meeting; * Adjust labor allocation as discussed in the PMP meeting; * Update workstations for the PMP meeting (second-to-last day of the month); * Manage Quality Management System documents; * Manage resources (machines, personnel, raw materials, auxiliary materials, and environment); * Control and analyze budgeting for cost centers (0100/0110/0240/0260/0160\); * Request weekend programming from programmers and leaders for machines requiring overtime, no later than Wednesday at 3:00 PM\. \- Conduct performance evaluations for personnel under your supervision. * Control and submit documents to the Personnel Department, Human Resources, Feedback, Performance Evaluation, Scheduling, and Vacation Scheduling for the factory; * Maintain discipline and ensure the quality of your department’s work environment, ensuring personnel under your supervision comply with internal rules and procedures, and applying legally prescribed penalties where applicable. * Propose promotions and salary adjustments for your employees per company salary policy. * Hire and terminate employees for your team. * Participate in training programs and manage your team’s attendance in internal programs. * Ensure continuous team development by identifying needs, promoting or requesting training. * Maintain adherence to the Quality Policy. * Ensure the Quality Management System complies with current standard requirements and customer requirements. * Promote customer focus throughout the organization (meeting requirements and regulations). * Authority to halt shipments to correct quality issues. * Authority to halt production to correct quality issues. * Ensure the process delivers its intended outputs. * Perform other related duties as directed by your immediate supervisor. * Strive to meet manufacturing deadlines, analyze and resolve production-related issues, and assume full responsibility for the entire process stage in which you are involved. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Specialization in Welding (Parameterization) * Computer Skills (Office Suite) * Forklift Operator Certification * Metrology * MASP * 5S * Drawing Interpretation * FMEA * Pre-Setup (Internal) * SMED (Tool Change) * Setup (Internal). **Additional Information** * Charter transportation service for the Limeira region; * Breakfast provided by the company; * Meals served in the internal cafeteria; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Pharmacy allowance; * Partnership with SESI for wellness and recreational activities; * Basic food basket; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
