If you’re interested in joining this team that works daily with simplicity and passion, apply to our open positions! **Come be Plena with us!** **Responsibilities and duties** Plan, schedule, and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; Monitor maintenance performance indicators (costs, availability, reliability, OEE, among others); Control maintenance and utility costs (energy, overtime, materials, etc.); Develop and review preventive, predictive, lubrication, and autonomous maintenance plans and procedures; Classify equipment by criticality and define maintenance strategies; Register and manage assets and spare parts in the computerized system; Identify and engage with suppliers of industrial equipment and spare parts; Support supervisors and technical teams in defining resources, deadlines, and materials; Propose continuous improvements to maintenance processes; Act in compliance with Safety, Quality, and Food Safety standards. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, or completed technical education; Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), Maintenance, Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields; Minimum 2 years of experience in PCM / Maintenance Planning and Control; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in an industrial environment; **Prior experience in the meatpacking industry is not required.** **Additional information** **At Plena, you’ll find:** Attendance bonus: 5% of base salary.
