If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Hand over shift duties to the previous shift’s Machine Setter, collecting information regarding machine schedules; Verify manual and electric tools (per tool list assigned to each machine); Perform machine setup; execute pre-setups for the production line (collect documentation / request raw materials / tools / boxes / packaging / oils / cardboard, etc); Execute setup according to procedure and within established time standards; Submit first piece to Quality Inspector; if approved, release the machine and readjust it; Request support from support areas for unplanned stoppages (Tooling / Maintenance / Quality); Register production orders in the EGA system; Perform dimensional validation of parts per control plan and submit the first approved piece; perform additional measurements per frequency specified in the control plan; Use measuring instruments, perform tooling changes, and make adjustments to ensure part precision; read and interpret mechanical drawings; Operate forklift for tooling changes; Maintain and ensure organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas; Substitute for Forklift Operator during temporary absences; Operate production machines as defined in processes and operation manuals when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Machine Setup (may be demonstrated through experience for new candidates) * Drawing reading and interpretation * Basic metrology * 5S * SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) **Additional Information** Chartered transportation service for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals served at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
