Job Summary: The Junior Logistics Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and addressing deviations in logistics operations, ensuring adherence to planning and maintaining communication with customers. Availability to work rotating shifts (Shift A: 06:55–15:15; Shift B: 15:00–23:17; Shift C: 23:10–07:00). **WORK LOCATION:** Limeira / SP **START DATE:** Immediate. **Responsibilities:** * Receive verbal and WhatsApp shift handover regarding major offenders and incidents; * Identify active alerts in the Apisul system; * Analyze and address deviations using the *Escalation List*; * Record actions using the decision tree (*workflow*); * Ensure achievement of planned volume; * Notify the client’s logistics team of deviations and delays via Teams/WhatsApp messages or calls; * Complete shift handover documentation and report incidents occurring during the shift; * Analyze major scope offenders for management follow-up; * Send consolidated *report* on top offenders; * Deliver onboarding training to new team members; * Identify anomaly analysis within the system; * Analyze planned volume, identify risks, and suggest potential adjustments; * Generate reports to ensure system integrity; * Log tickets with the responsible department; * Verify that planning aligns with actual monitoring operations; * Ensure Business Intelligence (BI) database accuracy; * Attend daily meetings with clients; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **KEY TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** Experience in: * Transportation routes and modes; * ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, etc.); * Logistics KPIs (OTIF, Lead Time, Costs, etc.); * Vehicle tracking and monitoring; * Continuous Improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma); * Intermediate Excel; * Completed undergraduate degree. **KEY BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Attention to detail and execution focus; * Proactivity; * Clear and concise communication; * Organization; * Discipline; * Commitment; * Flexibility in response to change. **ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES / MOBY VALUES:** * Collaboration; * Trust; * Discipline; * Ethics; * Loyalty; * Respect; * Safety; * Transparency. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION:** Please send your resume to vagas@mobyweb.com.br with the subject line "Junior Logistics Analyst" or attach it here.
