VRSoft is a company specialized in software solutions, focused on information technology. **Responsibilities:** Provide remote technical support to customers, resolving questions and issues related to tax, accounting, and fiscal matters. Use and maintain the knowledge base by creating content and improving existing information. Follow up with customers facing difficulties, delivering focused assistance to prevent recurrence. Perform basic tests and analyses (SQL queries) on the system and escalate complex cases to the Product team. Learn and collaborate with the team on tax, accounting, and financial processes. Tasks relevant to the routine of a Senior Fiscal Support Analyst. Position based in Limeira / SP. Bachelor's degree in progress.
