VRSoft is a company specialized in software solutions, focused on information technology. **Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations and negotiations with product and service suppliers. Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring agreed deadlines and conditions. Manage returns and supplier communications. Plan, quote, and monitor preventive and corrective building maintenance services, managing suppliers without directly performing maintenance work. Monitor execution of contracted services, ensuring quality and compliance with scope. Monitor and report operational KPIs for the area. Manage corporate travel logistics and reservations. Evaluate and approve travel expense reimbursements. Support accounts payable processes related to facilities and procurement.
