If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receiving, analyzing, and validating customer forecasts (receiving files via e\-mail, extracting information from web portals, telephone contact). * Negotiating with customers regarding delivery changes, scheduling variations, inventory monitoring, demand updates, and gathering relevant information to optimize customer service planning. * Releasing orders in the system, analyzing and completing area performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desirable:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. **Knowledge:** * Advanced computer skills (Office suite, especially Excel); * Mathematical skills; * Short course in Business Administration; * Production Planning (or similar); * Residency in Limeira. **Additional Information** Shuttle transportation to Limeira; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals at the internal restaurant; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy assistance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
