Teamwork and focus on organizing the production environment. **Bakery Assistant – 1 vacancy** **Salary:** R$ 1.800,00 to R$ 2.000,00 per month We are hiring a **Bakery Assistant** to support the production of bread, savory snacks, desserts, and other bakery and confectionery products. **Working Hours:** **Shift:** 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM Monday through Friday. Saturdays: 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM; Sundays off. The working hours may be extended or ended earlier depending on daily production needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing doughs, bread, savory snacks, and desserts; * Support ingredient organization and separation; * Assist in shaping, storage, and baking of products; * Organize and sanitize utensils, equipment, and the production environment; * Support the baker and production team in other production-related tasks. We produce French bread, savory snacks, desserts, and various types of bread. We also have a climate-controlled refrigerator for storing products to be baked the following morning.
