Job Summary: Provide creative and technical support to stylists in collection development, including trend research and preparation of technical specification sheets. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring the development of pilot garments Responsibilities: Provide creative and technical support to stylists in collection development; Conduct trend, material, color, and fashion reference research; Prepare product technical specification sheets; Create technical drawings and sketches; Monitor pilot garment development with pattern-making and production teams; Organize samples, materials, and style department archives; Contact fabric, trim, and service suppliers; Assist in collection assembly and presentation. Requirements: Experience or background in styling/fashion; Knowledge of technical drawing and product development processes; Organization, creativity, and attention to detail; Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Desirable Skills: Corel Draw; Photoshop; Preferred Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, or related fields. Advantages: Experience in collection and pilot garment development; Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
