If you believe in the power of energy to transform the world, join our team. **What You’ll Do Here:** ---------------------------------- * Fully operate boilers and supervisory systems, adjusting temperature, pressure, and air/fuel ratio to optimize biomass combustion. * Monitor auxiliary systems (water feed, soot blowers, blowdowns, demineralization, and dust removal) in real time. * Analyze process deviations and make operational decisions in response to biomass or water non-conformities. * Manage the biomass consumption mix, prioritizing thermal efficiency and reduced ash generation. * Identify and report operational anomalies, validating checklists and directing maintenance priorities. * Lead the shift, guiding and developing operators to ensure execution of routines and operational standards. * Maintain clear communication with internal and external customers regarding steam supply deviations. * Request and track Maintenance Orders, validating functional tests when necessary. **What We Expect From You:** ---------------------------- * Experience operating boilers and thermal plants. * Knowledge of water treatment systems. * Education: Completed high school. **Benefits for You:** ------------------------- * Annual PLR: profit-sharing based on goals and results. * Mobility via Flash (flexible card). * Meal benefits via FLASH, including on-site meals depending on the unit. * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave. * Medical, dental, and life insurance. * Pharmacy benefit program to facilitate healthcare access. * ComBio Health & Well-being Program: TOTALPASS partnership with over 1,300 gyms; SESI partnership. * ComBio Corporate University + discounts at various educational institutions
